For an upscale private household with 2 adults in 50933 Köln we are looking for a housekeeper couple or a janitor couple (m/f/d) from 01.04.2025.

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (working hours by arrangement, usually from 7:00 am)
Your tasks:
Housekeeping (m/f/d):
- General housekeeping (room maintenance, dusting, floor care)
- Washing and ironing
- Care of the wardrobe and making beds
- Household planning and organization
- Organizing and taking care of shopping
- Preparing meals (cooking)
Janitor (m/f/d):
- Support and maintenance of the building
- Coordination of external service providers and support
- Maintenance, summer and winter services
- Carrying out minor repairs
- Supervision of the vehicle fleet and chauffeur services
- Cleaning of the garages
Prerequisites
- Professional experience in comparable positions or completed training in a relevant field, e.g. housekeeping (housekeeper, housekeeping assistant, master housekeeper), facility management, building services, horticulture (gardener, master gardener) or a skilled trade
- Driver's license is mandatory
- Willingness to live on the property (moving in required)
- English language skills an advantage, but not essential
