Your areas of responsibility:
Accompaniment, support and care of expectant mothers before, during and after the birth
Conducting a physiological birth in both the conventional delivery room and the midwife delivery room
Conducting and assessing obstetric examinations
Individual psycho-emotional support as well as midwife-oriented and medical support for coping with the birth process
Medical assistance, support and care for women and newborns in high-risk pregnancies and high-risk births
Initial care, performance of the U1 examination and guidance on bonding and breastfeeding newborns
Application of complementary medicine
Cultivating a pleasant team and working atmosphere and complying with legal and internal regulations
Our requirements:
A professional qualification as a midwife or a degree in midwifery - ideally with obstetric experience and in-depth knowledge of complementary medicine (but this is not a must)
Enjoy accompanying families during their special time
Ability and willingness to promote team spirit and constructive cooperation with colleagues from other departments and professional groups
Communication and counseling skills characterized by appreciation
Empathy, reliability, a thirst for knowledge and sensitivity when dealing with sensitive issues
