At GSK Stockmann, a leading German commercial law firm, you will be responsible for the management, operation and administration of the technical background systems. In addition, you will plan and expand GSK's entire technical hybrid infrastructure in cooperation with external service providers, which is available in two data centers, in the Microsoft Cloud and in GSK's locations. You will ensure smooth operations by planning, implementing and monitoring updates, changes and the introduction of hardware and software. What you can expect
Manage and control all processes in the operation of GSK's background systems in order to provide them without interruption
Prepare and implement necessary updates, changes and new products, ensuring that all systems are up to date in terms of IT technology
Maintaining and administering authorizations within GSK's infrastructure
Collaborating on IT projects for digital transformation and automation
Documenting the systems
What we are looking for
A degree in computer science, training as an IT specialist with a focus on system administration or a comparable qualification
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)

Experience in the area of Microsoft Cloud (Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Azure, Defender etc.))
Knowledge of security and backup software
Interested in modern cloud technologies and hybrid IT environments
Supporting end users and IT colleagues with questions about M365 applications
A high sense of responsibility, teamwork and organizational skills
Very good written and spoken German and English
Enjoy working in a technological environment
Willingness to travel to GSK Stockmann's various locations
