Job Description

We are looking for a full-time IT service technician (m/f/d) for our office in Tornesch

Your tasks:

• Installation and maintenance tasks of complete IT solutions for our customers: Pharmacies, dental and medical practices
• Consulting users with your professional and communicative personality
• Perfect installation of systems and minimization of stress for the customer in the event of malfunctions
• Regular support on the telephone support hotline

Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical training, e.g. as an electronics technician or system technician (career changers are also welcome)
• First professional experience in the technical field
• Very good knowledge of Windows and current hardware
• Significant IT affinity
• High customer and service orientation
• Very good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel and class 3/B driving license
• High motivation and flexibility
• Independent, responsible and solution-oriented way of working
