Job Summary

In the Service Field Service team, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of complete IT solutions for our customers: Pharmacies, dental and medical practices.

With your professional experience, you are an important expert advisor for your contacts and, thanks to your personality, you are also able to advise users optimally on their way through the technology and internet jungle, install a system perfectly and minimize stress for the customer in the event of malfunctions.

• You have successfully completed technical training, e.g. as an electronics technician (m/f/d) or system technician (m/f/d) (career changers are also welcome)

• You have initial professional experience in the technical field and are very familiar with Windows and the latest hardware.
Significant affinity for IT.
• High customer and service orientation.
• Very good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel and class 3/B driving license.
• High motivation and flexibility.
• Independent, responsible and solution-oriented way of working.
