IT System Administrator with project management tasks for the aviation industry (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Project management and IT security:

• Execution of local and international group projects
• Recording the project scope (time/cost expenditure)
• Development of the project plan and implementation in compliance with time and cost plans
• Comparison of requirements and risks
• Analysis of the Group's security guidelines
• Coordination, commissioning and monitoring of external service providers
• Regular analysis and elimination of potential IT security risks and ensuring IT compliance
• Supporting the preparation and implementation of audits
• Communication management between the specialist departments
• Visualization and presentation of the project progress with the project key figures

Support:

• Analysis and elimination of incidents within the IT infrastructure
• Commissioning of external service providers, management of priorities following assessment of incidents
• Availability of IT application systems and processes in compliance with data protection and legal requirements
• Information and training of users

Process improvement:

• Conducting process analyses, edits and checks and updating the process definition
• Developing ideas for process optimization
• Receiving inquiries from other specialist departments and deriving improvement projects from them

Your profile:

• Training: IT system administrator, computer scientist, graduate computer scientist, business computer scientist, Bachelor or Master of Science in computer science or a comparable education
• Multi-year experience as an IT project manager / IT process analyst (desirable: IT all-rounder)
• Experience with Office 365, Oracle, AD domains, Azure Cloud, SQL, network components
• Communication and cooperation skills, assertiveness, ability to work in a team, independent and reliable way of working
• Intercultural competence, negotiating skills and decision-making ability
• Business fluent in German and English
