Commercial employee as Billing Operations Coordinator (m/f/d)

What you bring

• You have a commercial education (m/f/d) and sound experience in invoicing in the service industry;
• You have knowledge of VAT law;
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in a commercial law firm and have worked with law firm software (Aderant, BillBlast);
• In addition to being very confident with the common Office applications, you have a good command of written and spoken English;
• You should be service-oriented and proactive in your approach to colleagues and superiors;
• An affinity for numbers and IT as well as detail-oriented and structured work are your great strengths.

We are looking for a team player to join our Accounting team in Frankfurt am Main as Billing Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) full-time.

These are your tasks

• Detailed checking and recording of invoices;
• Consulting and training of secretariats in invoicing;
• Setting up clients in ebilling and solving invoice rejections on a global level;
• Collaborating with tax advisors and auditors on accounts receivable;
• Communicating with clients and colleagues from our global offices in English (verbally and in writing);
• Assisting the Finance Manager with ad-hoc requests and projects
