Gruber + Popp Architekt:innen BDA are looking for a commercial employee at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks:

• Invoicing for ongoing projects with professional project software
• Quotation preparation in consultation with the project management
• Preparatory bookkeeping, recording receipts, documenting costs

We would like:

• Experience in accounting and bookkeeping
• A completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable
• A quick grasp of things
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A structured, independent, reliable and very careful way of working
• Professional handling of the common Office programs
• Confidence in German spelling and grammar
