Accounts payable clerk (m/f/d) {Buchhalter/in}

Your new challenge

• Ensuring the correct and timely processing of incoming invoices within an electronic invoice workflow
• Accounting and posting incoming invoices with and without order reference in accordance with legal and internal regulations in SAP R3 and/or SAP S4/HANA
• Assignment of invoices to the various business areas
• Check duplicate invoices/credit notes
• Processing of down payments, final invoices and retentions
• Processing of supplier reminders
• Account clarification and various reconciliation tasks with domestic and foreign suppliers (OP clarification)
• Processing of balance confirmations
• Preparatory creation of vendor master data

This is how you convince

• Successfully completed commercial or tax-related training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d), office communication clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d), accounts payable clerk (m/f/d), bookkeeper (m/f/d)
• A minimum of three years' relevant experience in the field of accounts payable
• Proof required: Typing speed of at least 250 keystrokes per minute (e.g. via www.typing-speed.net)
• Application security in the tax regulations for accounting, secure handling of reverse charge procedures
• Sure handling of SAP R/3 FI+MM and/or SAP S4/HANA as well as the MS Office package
