Your tasks:

• Telephone customer advice B2B / B2C
• Creation of consumption-oriented energy certificates
• Ensuring the quality standards
• Pre- and post-processing of order data
• Entering and maintaining master data

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training - career changers welcome
• Enjoy providing customers with a good service
• Communicative and motivated
• Sure handling of MS Office programs
• SAP knowledge desirable
