Your tasks:

• Control, organization and further development of the transshipment warehouse with 40 industrial employees
• Ensuring the operational coordination of warehouse processes and resources as well as guaranteeing smooth daily operations
• Presence on the warehouse floor with a hands-on mentality, whereby your employees are the most important success factor
• Leading, motivating and developing employees
• Optimization of work processes in the warehouse area
• Responsibility for cost and budget control, taking into account time, quality and cost targets
• Compliance with occupational health and safety measures as well as legal and operational requirements

Your profile:

• Successfully completed vocational training in the logistics environment
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a warehouse management role
• Experience in coordination and implementation of IT-supported process optimizations
• Ability to motivate your team in the optimization process
• Flexibility in the organization of working hours in the 3-shift system
• Reliability, commitment and a communicative and assertive personality
