Warehouse employee / warehouse clerk (m/f/d) for retail branch
We, Michael Krohn Consulting, are a personnel consultancy exclusively for the automotive trade and only place permanent positions directly with clients. For a large retail car dealership group, we are looking for a motivated employee as a warehouse clerk (m/f/d) or parts service employee (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
- Selling spare parts and accessories at the workshop and customer counter
- Receiving customers at the branch, providing information and advice on parts and accessories
- Receiving, storing and preparing workshop orders while ensuring compliance with the agreed delivery times (pre-picking)
- Systematic maintenance of the customer base
- Transferring the parts to the workshop and the customer, invoicing, payment of the invoice, cash management and billing
- Control of incoming goods and storage and retrieval of products
- Checking the availability of parts and permanent stock monitoring
- Ensuring the profitability of individual sales
- Tracking of backordered parts
- Preparing the return of old parts, warranty parts, etc.
- Order acceptance and sales as well as support for the dealer area and independent workshops (as a substitute)
- Carrying out the inventory
Our wishes for you:
- Completed vocational training and sound professional experience as a warehouse clerk, ideally car dealership experience
- Product knowledge in the areas of vehicles, parts, accessories, paints
- High level of customer orientation, ability to work in a team and team spirit
- Experience with advising customers on the phone and handling customer complaints
- High level of self-motivation and independence, confident and engaging demeanor
- Experience in dealing with electronic parts catalogs and searching for parts using exploded drawings
- Inventory knowledge
- EDP skills (MS-Office, Dialogys, CARE, Partslink24, RenaultParts)
- A forklift license is an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts and Saturdays
- Driver's license
