Your tasks:

• Acceptance, storage and preparation of workshop orders while ensuring compliance with the agreed delivery times (pre-picking)
• Systematic maintenance of the customer base
• Transferring parts to the workshop and the customer and issuing invoices
• Control of incoming goods and storage and retrieval of products
• Checking the availability of parts and permanent stock monitoring
• Ensuring the profitability of individual sales
• Preparing the return of old parts, warranty parts, etc.
• Conducting the inventory

Our wishes for you:

• Completed vocational training and professional experience as a warehouse clerk, ideally car dealership experience
• Product knowledge in the areas of vehicles, parts, accessories, paints
• High level of customer orientation, ability to work in a team and team spirit
• High level of self-motivation and independence, confident and engaging demeanor
• Experience in dealing with electronic parts catalogs and searching for parts using exploded drawings
• Inventory knowledge
• Driver's license
