Payroll accountant m/f/d

Hey! Fancy an exciting job with a future in Mittweida? On behalf of a client, I'm looking for you as a payroll accountant (m/f/d) from 01.10.2024.

Start full-time with immediate effect and secure a permanent position!

Your tasks:

• Billing wages and salaries for our team
• General commercial activities

The requirements:

• A completed commercial apprenticeship
• good MS Office skills, especially in Excel you should be fit
• Extensive experience  in payroll accounting
• Ideally experience with Sage (payroll accounting program), but training is not a must
• 470 employees, mainly commercial. Few salary recipients
.
• Knowledge in the following areas:

1. Federal Leave Act
2. Continued Payment of Wages Act
3. Part-time earners
4. Low earners
5. Taxation of pensioners
6. Employees in 1st and 2nd employment relationship
