Machine operator in the field of turning/milling (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated Machine Operator (m/f/d) in the field of turning/milling for one of our customers, a family-run medium-sized company in the field of automotive technology and machine tool construction.

• Multi-machine operation of the semi-automated CNC machines (turning: INDEX, TRAUB, SCHÜTTE; milling: STAMA, SW and DMG) in three-shift operation
• Supporting and monitoring ongoing production and rectifying faults
• Carrying out tool changes and dimensional corrections
• Worker self-inspection by determining measurement results
• Handling conventional manual measuring equipment and preset 3D measuring devices
• Documentation of the measurement results in quality control charts
• Entering feedback data on quantities and times into the ERP system

What you should bring with you:

• Training as a machine and plant operator or machining technician (specializing in turning or milling technology desirable)
• Experience in the operation of CNC cutting machines
• Knowledge in reading technical drawings
• Good written and spoken German
• High sense of responsibility when working with machine tools
• Independent, precise and conscientious way of working
• Strong awareness of quality
• Reliability, commitment, flexibility and ability to work in a team
