Internal sales representative (m/f/d) - full-time or part-time

On behalf of a leading insurance agency with a first-class reputation in the Pforzheim area, we are looking for a committed employee for the internal sales department.

Your tasks:

• Supporting the sales force in the preparation and follow-up of customer appointments and administrative tasks
• Arranging and coordinating customer appointments
• Involvement in sales campaigns
• Support in the processing of claims

Your qualifications:

• Completed training as an insurance salesperson, insurance specialist (m/f/d) or commercial vocational training
• Ideally experience in internal sales
• Enjoyment in customer contact and strong communication skills
• High customer orientation and organizational skills
• Responsible and independent way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• Motivation, empathy and willingness to perform
