Co-Sales Manager (m/f/d) New and used cars

We are looking for a dynamic and co-selling Sales Manager (m/f/d) for new and used cars. You will be working for a manufacturer-affiliated car dealership group in the premium segment and will be responsible for the following main tasks:

We expect you to have a number of important qualifications and skills:

• Experience in automotive sales, ideally combined with management experience
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a goal-oriented understanding of leadership
• Commercial vocational training or similar skills
• Good business management skills (key figures, DB accounting) and an understanding of the financing, leasing and insurance business
• Excellent communication skills and positive charisma
• Knowledge of internet exchanges and online sales as well as basic IT skills in MS Office
