Branch Manager (m/f/d) for our Leipzig location

As a branch manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Responsibility for the implementation of branch objectives and processes within the branch
• Employee recruitment – and management of a 10-person team
• Order acquisition and sales
• Establishing long-term customer loyalty
• Development and management of a service department
• Conclusion of maintenance contracts
• Processing customer enquiries
• Consulting, planning and project planning for technical supply systems
• Direction of the calculation department for larger orders
• Involvement in the awarding of contracts
• Conclusion of contracts
• Preparation of projects
• Purchasing services and materials

In the course of project execution:

• Creation of the work and assembly planning
• Supporting construction management and coordination with our customers
• Order control incl. follow-up orders
• Timely preparation of the measurements for invoicing
• Preparation of the documents for acceptance of the services
• Involvement in the acceptance
• Preparation of billing documents for projects and management services

Your profile: 

• Completed training as a technician, master craftsman (m/f/d) plant mechanic SHK, or similar
• Professional experience in the installation of technical supply systems in industrial companies
• Experience in planning, calculation and processing
• Knowledge of the VOB
• A responsible and committed approach to work
• Class B driver's license if you have a company vehicle
