Your tasks
Qualified, specialist customer advice on the services offered by the dealership: model range, service and service offerings, leasing, financing and insurance options
Concluding sales contracts and ensuring the proper, high-quality handover of vehicles
Customer care and retaining customers at the dealership with the aim of follow-up sales
Regular expansion of the customer base
Improving customer satisfaction and increasing brand awareness
Your qualification
Completed commercial or technical training
Ideally already with manufacturer certification
Good knowledge of the financing and insurance business
Good communication skills, motivation, stamina and resilience
Identification with commercial vehicles
Negotiation skills and goal orientation
