Your tasks

• Organization of assignments and work processes
• Friendly and competent advice and support for customers and interested parties
• Motivation and management of employees
• Training and instructing the team in working methods and occupational safety
• Designing duty rosters, creating work schedules and preparatory wage recording
• Regular quality and performance checks
• Optimization of existing service processes as well as introduction and monitoring of new processes

This is what we expect from you

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training
• Experience in the field of building cleaning
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• High professional competence and entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate employees
• Confident handling of standard IT programs
• Class B driving license
