Our client is one of the market leaders in facility management nationwide and at the same time a family business and is looking for a Facility Management Manager (m/f/d) in Berlin as soon as possible.
Your tasks
- Property management in the technical area
- Planning and management of employees and subcontractors in the holistic service
- Control and coordination of the agreed services and adherence to costs and deadlines
- Creation and maintenance of property-related documentation and reporting
Your profile
- Successfully completed technical training
- Further training as a technician/master craftsman desirable
- Relevant professional experience in a management position
