We are looking for sales dispatchers (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf, Essen, Dortmund, Duisburg and Mönchengladbach
Your tasks
- Regional sales: Active regional sales in the office and in the field as well as building and maintaining networks

- Recruitment: You will be responsible for acquiring, advising and supporting our existing and new customers.
- Recruitment and scheduling: You are responsible for recruiting and selecting external employees.
- Applicant screening: You check the professional qualifications and suitability of applicants.
- Team management: Leading, promoting and developing your team, both internally and externally.
- Target and key figure control: Implementation and control of the branch's business targets and key figures.
- Leading by example: As a role model and driving force, you are largely responsible for the success of the branch office.
Your profile
- Training and experience: You have completed vocational training as a personnel services clerk (m/f/d) or have several years of professional experience in the personnel services industry.
- Soft skills: You are communicative, flexible, results-oriented and a team player.
Negotiation skills: You have strong negotiation skills and a strong service mentality.
- Driver's license: You have a valid driver's license (class B) and good IT skills.
