Your area of responsibility

• Planning and controlling the deployment of employees
• Supporting employees during customer assignments
• Recruiting
• Customer acquisition

This is how you convince us

• Professional experience as a personnel planner (m/f/d)
• Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with a focus on human resources management
• A car is required
• Driver's license class B desirable
• Very strong service orientation and high willingness to serve
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Good IT skills, preferably experience in social media (Instagram etc.)
