We are looking for a committed Personnel Dispatcher (m/f/d) to support our team. Your tasks will include the recruitment, selection and support of employees, deployment planning and ensuring smooth personnel management. You should have completed training in human resources or have comparable qualifications, be a strong communicator and enjoy working in a team. • Supplying customers with the right employees (m/f/d) in the manual, industrial and commercial sectors
• Winning new customers through acquisition and supporting existing customers
• Recruiting new employees and candidates (m/f/d) for placement through a competent and emphatic manner
• Supporting and assisting employees in their assignments with our clients, including redeployment

What you bring with you

• Completed training, ideally as a personnel services manager (m/f/d)
• Experience in the personnel services sector
• Experience in recruitment, placing job advertisements and conducting job interviews
• Communicative and enjoy sales (by phone and in person)
• Professional appearance
• Work independently without losing sight of the team
