Our focus is on the temporary employment of qualified skilled workers, engineers, technicians, craftsmen and master craftsmen for industry and craft businesses as well as nursing staff throughout Germany.
We are looking for a personnel recruiter (m/f/d) with Polish / foreign language skills to expand our branch for internal use.
Varied and exciting - your tasks:
You will recruit new employees for our services in the industrial-technical sector
Manage applicant management, from job advertisement to contract conclusion
Conducting telephone interviews with interested parties, applicants and potential candidates
Supporting our employees in an appreciative, fair and motivating manner
You are a trusted contact for all questions relating to employee deployment
This is how you get started:
- Commercial training (desirable) or the desire to start as a career changer
- Enjoy telephony and dealing with people
- Organizational talent, flexibility, an independent and structured way of working
- Your language skills in Polish round off your profile
- The ability to work in a team is essential
