Your tasks:
- Processing the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
- Support with projects on personnel topics
- Personnel marketing - placing and designing advertisements
- Arranging appointments with candidates and coordinating locations
- Personnel controlling - creating evaluations and statistics for monthly reporting
- Support with personnel planning
- Controlling and coordinating postings in the area of personnel costs
- Direct connection to the management
Technical requirements:
- Successfully completed training as a personnel specialist or adequate commercial training
- Professional experience in personnel administration
- Professional experience in recruiting
- Knowledge of personnel acquisition
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package
