Personnel Officer - Recruiter (m/f/d) for car dealership group

Salary: €3,500 - €3,800 per month

Your tasks:

• Processing the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
• Support with projects on personnel topics
• Personnel marketing - placing and designing advertisements
• Arranging appointments with candidates and coordinating locations
• Personnel controlling - creating evaluations and statistics for monthly reporting
• Support with personnel planning
• Controlling and coordinating postings in the area of personnel costs
• Direct connection to the management

Technical requirements:

• Successfully completed training as a personnel specialist or adequate commercial training
• Professional experience in personnel administration
• Professional experience in recruiting
• Knowledge of personnel acquisition
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package
