Responsibilities

• Management of the personnel administration
• Responsibility for the organizational and logistical support of personnel processes. Your tasks include correspondence, monitoring procedures and deadlines as well as the creation of file documents
• Supervision and control of time recording
• Supporting the training programmes in organizational and logistical terms
• Monitoring of due dates and management of files and records
• Responsibility for the management of manuals and documentation
• Proactively contribute to the improvement of internal procedures

Requirements profile

• Completed commercial vocational training. Further training as a personnel specialist or a comparable qualification is a plus
• Good knowledge of labor, tax and social security law
• In-depth knowledge in the area of payroll accounting
• Team skills and strong communication skills
• Willingness to take initiative, high level of discretion and commitment
