Our Intermunicipal Personnel Office currently handles around 580 personnel cases for the towns of Eltville am Rhein and Oestrich-Winkel as well as the municipalities of Schlangenbad and Walluf. The diverse tasks in our multi-professional team are as challenging as they are varied.

We provide a wide range of services for our clients. These include, among others

We are looking for qualified specialists, particularly in the area of personnel support and payroll accounting. The area in which they will be employed is currently still open. We will discuss the possibilities with you as part of the selection process individually

In order for us to consider your application, we expect the following as qualifications:
- qualification for the higher general administrative service or
- a completed relevant university degree (FH diploma or bachelor's degree) or
- successful completion of the advanced training examination to become an administrative specialist or
- successful completion of an administrative assistant specializing in local administration with good results or
- successful qualification/training as a tax or social security clerk with relevant professional experience in personnel administration, preferably in the public sector and willingness to participate in the preparatory course for the advanced training examination for administrative specialists
Your profile is also characterized above all by:
- a high degree of diligence and sense of responsibility
- a pronounced social competence and team orientation
- The ability to think and work analytically and in a solution-oriented manner
- A sociability and confidence in dealing with customers
- ideally comprehensive knowledge of the collective bargaining law of the public sector as well as tax and social security law issues
- first user knowledge of the LOGA payroll accounting program is an advantage
