Personnel Administrator Wages and Salaries m/f/d {Wage and Salary Accountant}

For one of our clients from the industry we are currently looking for a payroll clerk (m/f/d) for payroll accounting and general personnel management.

Tasks

• Preparation and implementation of payroll accounting
• Dealing with employment, payroll tax and social security matters (certificates, correspondence, etc.)
• Contact person for questions on labor, tax and social security law issues
• Drafting personnel-related documents (employment contracts, references, etc.)
• Digitization of personnel files
• Maintenance of employee master data and personal master data

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally as a tax clerk or comparable knowledge
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of social security, employment and wage tax law
• Careful and independent way of working
• High level of confidentiality and reliability
