Personnel Administrator m/f/d wanted from December 1, 2024 for an educational institution in Dresden!

I am looking for a motivated person for Dresden who would like to take on responsibility and enrich the existing team with competence and energy.

Your tasks :

• Creating and maintaining personnel files
• Master data management and payroll accounting for 4 clients (approx. 400 employees and trainees) in the Sage payroll accounting system
• Recording and managing all absences
• Preparing and processing monthly payments for our clients
• Dealing with social security issues, incl. checking reimbursement of contributions
• Creating and managing certificates (employment and salary certificates, etc.)
• Support with leaving documentation
• Maintenance of the personnel management system
• Coordination and control of the training plan for the entire training team
• Preparation of payroll documents for examinations
• Creating personnel statistics
• Support with special tasks for the management and the HR manager
• Annual financial statements and preparation for the audit
• Involvement in the wage tax audit
