Your challenges:

• Creation of monthly payroll accounting (incl. recording bonuses and special allowances, certificates of incapacity for work)
Carrying out administrative tasks that arise when new or former employees join or leave the company
• Evaluation and transmission of working hours and absences for payroll accounting
• Processing reports of incapacity for work (eAU)
• Drafting warnings, notices of termination and references; compliance with various laws (BetrVG; KSchG; etc.)

• Completed commercial training and/or further training as an HR specialist
• Professional experience in payroll accounting
• Working independently and thinking outside the box appeals to you
• Interested in further training for relevant topics
• Ideally secure user or even key user knowledge in SAP HCM
