To expand our team throughout Hesse as well as Mainz, and northern Bavaria we are looking for qualified physiotherapists, massage therapists, masseurs and specialists from the fields of body-related services, such as cosmetics or nursing on a mini-job and freelance basis for massage assignments of 3 hours (combined) per week or more at our customers. Our vision
We are a company from Bad Nauheim that now supplies more than üover 150 locations throughout Hesse. We are currently expanding into Bavaria and Rhineland-Palatinate and therefore need your supportüto consolidate our network.
Your everyday working life
You will be responsible for one of our customers per working day, so you will usually be on duty for 3-4 hours a day. The prerequisite for working at the customer's premises is a car, all other work materials, such as massage table, covers and other consumables are of course provided by us.
As a professional service provider for office massages, we offer relaxation and well-being directly at the workplace. As a massage therapist with us, you will visit our customers in the office or in the branch to relieve stress and tension on site. Employees only have to take care of performing the massage, all billing and planning tasks are our responsibility. We make individual arrangements with freelancers.
In order to make ourselves visible as a team, we also provide uniform company work clothing in the form of polo shirts and bow jackets.
If you apply on a freelance or self-employed basis, you will be included in our freelancer pool. This is where we advertise jobs or clients where you can perform massages at your own discretion. Your remuneration
We offer a salary of 17€ per hour for employees, after a probationary period. Freelancers receive an individual wage depending on the client and project. The time spent traveling is compensated individually.

We are looking for people who enjoy giving massages and can imagine working with us on a part-time or full-time basis, on a salaried or freelance basis, to help our customers relax. If you don't have the right know-how yet, that's no problem. Talk to us about our further training offer. We will soon be able to deploy you in your area via internal training at Job Wellness!

Our goal is to build up a pool of employees in order to work as comprehensively as possible. As we absolutely need help with this, you can expect a bonus if you draw the attention of acquaintances or colleagues to our offer and a contract is signed.
