Sprachbrücke-Hamburg e.V. was founded in October 2013. The association stands for the promotion of linguistic integration in the sense of approaching each other, learning from each other and growing together, with the aim of contributing to the understanding of people of different ethnicities and nations in our multicultural society. The volunteer project „Language in Everyday Life“ aims to encourage immigrants and people seeking protection from all countries to use and improve the German they have learned. To this end, discussion groups are organized and offered in various formats. „Sprache im Alltag“ receives funding from the Department of Labor, Health, Social Affairs, Family and Integration (Social Department).
