Your tasks:

• Planning of supply technology systems for technically demanding construction projects in work phases 1 to 8 of the HOAI
• (Co-)design of holistic energy concepts for technical building systems
• Creation of technical 2D/3D drawings for the HVAC trades across all work phases
• Creation of heating and cooling load and pipe network calculations
• Supervision of tenders and awarding of services in accordance with HOAI
• Presentation/presentation of the service results to the team and our customers
• Object monitoring in the field of supply engineering for interesting construction projects
• Installation and quality monitoring as well as carrying out technical approvals
• Coordination and control of external companies involved in the project
• Cost control, measurement preparation and scheduling
• Invoice verification and invoicing

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies with prior vocational training or training as a technician or master craftsman in the field of supply or building services engineering
• Knowledge of industry-standard tendering software and experience in handling VOB is desirable
• Experience with the Revit or AutoCad and LiNear programs is desirable
• Sure handling of the MS Office package is a prerequisite
• Structured, independent and team-oriented way of working
• Conceptual way of thinking and quick comprehension
