Your tasks:
- Planning of supply technology systems for technically demanding construction projects in work phases 1 to 8 of the HOAI
- (Co-)design of holistic energy concepts for technical building systems
- Creation of technical 2D/3D drawings for the HVAC trades across all work phases
- Creation of heating and cooling load and pipe network calculations
- Supervision of tenders and awarding of services in accordance with HOAI
- Presentation/presentation of the service results to the team and our customers
- Object monitoring in the field of supply engineering for interesting construction projects
- Installation and quality monitoring as well as carrying out technical approvals
- Coordination and control of external companies involved in the project
- Cost control, measurement preparation and scheduling
- Invoice verification and invoicing
What you bring with you:
- Completed studies with prior vocational training or training as a technician or master craftsman in the field of supply or building services engineering
- Knowledge of industry-standard tendering software and experience in handling VOB is desirable
- Experience with the Revit or AutoCad and LiNear programs is desirable
- Sure handling of the MS Office package is a prerequisite
- Structured, independent and team-oriented way of working
- Conceptual way of thinking and quick comprehension
