As part of your projects, you will take responsibility for meaningful requirement profiles and winning job exposés.You conduct challenging candidate interviews, make the pre-selection and present them to our clients
With our help, you build up your own customer base through regular sales activities and relationship management, especially in social media channels
You will work closely with project management, consultant colleagues and the recruiting team
You maintain a regular exchange on new developments in the market and on internal projects and discuss your ideas on new approaches in the team and with the management at eye level.
