Tasks

• After a comprehensive induction phase, you will take on regular sales activities to acquire new customers and at the same time strengthen our existing customer relationships, which you will continue to expand
.
• You live your passion for outstanding customer service and our high-quality service visibly to the outside world, e.g. in video conferences, telephone calls, presentations or at trade fairs.
You manage challenging search projects for our corporate clients and ensure that everything runs smoothly from kick-off to after sales. As part of your projects, you will take responsibility for meaningful requirement profiles and winning job exposés.You conduct challenging candidate interviews, make the pre-selection and present them to our clients
• With our help, you build up your own customer base through regular sales activities and relationship management, especially in social media channels
• You work closely with project management, consultant colleagues and the recruiting team
• You maintain a regular exchange on new developments in the market and on internal projects and discuss your ideas on new approaches in the team and with the management at eye level.
