We are looking for a lawyer (m|w|d) for public commercial law to join our team in Nuremberg with immediate effect.

Your profile

• convincing legal expertise
• several years of professional experience in public commercial law, ideally in public construction law
• Team player: we work together as a team across multiple disciplines and locations
• Consultant personality: Bring your skills to bear in providing professional advice to our clients

Your tasks

• Building & planning law - Advice and representation in the creation of building law (land-use planning procedures, building permit procedures, urban development contracts, etc.) as well as in building inspections.) as well as building inspections
• Environmental law - Assistance with the approval of all types of facilities and compliance with environmental regulations
• Municipal law - Advising municipalities on all tasks that arise
• Funding & Subsidies - Support with applications, proof of use and reclaims
• Administrative procedures & processes - Representation before authorities and courts, preparation of expert opinions and contracts
• Support of colleagues:as an experienced mentor:in
• Taking on lectures and publications
