Legal assistant (m/f/d)

We are a dynamically growing commercial law firm based in Dresden. With currently 12 lawyers, we advise our medium-sized clients active in Saxony primarily in the areas of corporate, insolvency and employment law as well as banking and capital market law.

We are looking for a legal assistant (m/f/d) to strengthen our Dresden office at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks

• You will support the Insolvency Law department
• You will organize the unit as part of a team and will be responsible for the independent supervision of judicial and extrajudicial dunning procedures and legal proceedings
• You will independently maintain correspondence with opponents and clients to the greatest possible extent and prepare s&ämt­and out-of-court proceedings in coordination with the responsible lawyers

Your skills

• You are a qualified lawyer (m/f/d) and have more than one year of legal experience;years of professional experience in a law firm with several legal practices
• You would like to work in a team and enjoy dealing with clients
• You are commu­ni­cative and self­aware
