Are you a recruiting enthusiast? Are your ideas for fresh recruiting bubbling over and waiting to be implemented? It all starts with you! You work in the back office team, which organizes the campaign from the inside and ensures that everything runs smoothly. You have the chance to find and recruit the best dialogers for weitsicht!
Your position is in close contact with the campaign management (field service) and the HR team (office service). You report your goals, successes and requirements to the COO.
Your tasks
- Recruiting dialogers for our face-to-face fundraising
- Designing a target group-specific candidate journey for our applicants
- Development and implementation of (new) recruitment strategies
- Budget responsibility, monitoring and reporting of KPIs to COO/CEO
- Management of marketing measures from job advertisements to social ads

For this position you are right with us if:
- You have recruiting know-how through completed training, studies or initial professional experience in HR
- You have a high level of digital expertise, social media affinity and experience with content creation and corresponding tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Personio, Canva, etc.)
- You have very strong communication skills and business fluent written and spoken German
- You want to work with us for a more ecologically and socially just world and become part of our dedicated team

Work location & times
The position is part-time (25-35h / week) with core working hours from 10:00-15:00 from Monday to Friday.
Our modern office is located in Kreuzberg on the beautiful Engelbecken. Hybrid and remote working by arrangement is also possible.

Expected salary: € 2,500 - € 3,600 per month
Education: A-levels or equivalent, training or studies in HR
Language: Business fluent in German
