Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process from talent search to onboarding and support
• Find and excite top talents for strategically important positions
• Redefine recruiting with creative influence on application management, interview leadership, and job posting design
• Create an impressive onboarding experience for new team members
• Develop active sourcing strategies and participate in international HR initiatives
• Organize career events and establish a strong network of stakeholders

Your Profile:

• Experienced in recruiting or with a solid education in HR (e.g., degree with an HR focus, relevant internships, or professional HR training)
• Ideally with a background in international companies or dynamic startups
• Fluent in German and English for confident communication
• Empathetic with a fine sense for talent needs and modern company requirements
• Self-assured, structured, and flexible working style with excellent team spirit and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and digital tools
