Tasks

• Planning and conducting internal audits with a focus on compliance with legal and internal guidelines
• Analysis and evaluation of business processes and identification of optimization potentials
• Preparation of detailed audit reports and presentation of the results to management.
Developing and implementing measures to mitigate risks and improve internal control systems.Advising the specialist departments on the implementation of audit findings.

Profile

• Completed studies in business administration, auditing, law or a related field
.
• Multi-year professional experience in internal auditing, ideally in an international or highly regulated environment.
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of risk management and compliance.
• Very good analytical skills, high level of initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and a confident manner.
