Receptionist (m/f/d) full-time

As a wish fulfiller for our guests, we are looking for dedicated reception staff (m/f/d) full or part-time with immediate effect or by arrangement.

Working hours:

• Early shift: 6 am - 2.30 pm
• Late shift: 12.30pm-2pm
• Middle shift

Your tasks:

• Take care of guests, answer questions and ensure a great stay
• Check-in and check-out
• Book services and check out
• Preparing arrivals and departures
• Accepting guest inquiries and requests
• Answering telephone calls and processing correspondence

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of Oracle Suite8 hotel software and Microsoft 365/Office is advantageous
• Groomed appearance, good German language skills and very good manners
• Team spirit, flexibility, independence and enjoy working with people
