Your tasks:

• Production of cold and hot food according to recipe
• Assistance with food distribution and portioning
• Disposition, control and storage of goods
• Crockery, pot and equipment cleaning and waste disposal
• Ensuring HACCP and QM specifications/DIN22000 in the area of responsibility
• Shift work, including weekends and public holidays

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a chef
• Experience in communal catering, as well as initial second-line management experience, ideally in the senior citizens' or hospital sector
• In-depth knowledge of food laws, hygiene guidelines and occupational safety regulations
• Experienced with PC, MS Office, Orga Card and Selly menu
• Customer, service and quality-oriented approach
