Your tasks

• Expert processing of all customer inquiries received by telephone or in writing, as well as case-closing processing of customer concerns
• Processing inquiries from our customers by telephone and e-mail
• Creating and managing order documentation using modern IT systems
• Independent processing of complaints and challenges
• General tasks in project administration and coordination
• Implementation of quality assurance measures

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, ideally in office management
• Extensive professional experience in the specified field of activity
• Communication skills for telephone support of end customers
• Very good PC / Internet and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good written and spoken German
• Service orientation and fluency in dealing with customers
