What you can expect

• Sales of the company's full range of services (general cargo, part and full loads as well as contract logistics)
Investigating potential customers in the sales area on your own responsibility with subsequent contact
• Creating customer presentations in line with requirements
• Cooperation with the internal sales department for the preparation of offers and support with larger tenders
• Production of sales and visit reports and maintenance of our CRM system
• Personal support in the implementation of new business and handover to our Customer Care department
• Regular exchange with the operational departments to promote customer satisfaction
• Design and implementation of sales campaigns to promote the strategic growth of the branch

What we expect

• Ideally an apprenticeship as a businessman (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the forwarding environment and knowledge of our services
• Experience in sales and confidence in conducting negotiations
• Good knowledge of English and business fluent German
• Excellent communication skills, a high degree of empathy, a confident manner and a solution-oriented approach
• Convincing conversation skills with a strong ability to close deals
• High level of commitment and motivation to achieve ambitious goals
• Fit in MS Office and willingness to travel regularly
