Performance description

Tasks:

• Conducting overall reviews with the technical squad leads
• Responsible for all development topics during the operational transition
• Identification and processing of requirements and incidents in the area of SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA Utilities and peripheral systems
• Coordination and management of IT implementation across several teams
• Communication with the respective sub-project managers and development leads
• Ensuring operations after go-live
• Co-design and further development of architecture topics

Requirements

Technical / professional skills

• At least 5 years of experience as an architect in S/4HANA Utilities projects
• Very good knowledge and overview of the current and future challenges in the energy industry
• Understanding of overall process-related and architectural contexts
• Experience in the development of software project solutions
• Experience in the implementation of developments across different teams (coordination / control)
• Very good knowledge of recording and analyzing technical requirements (requirements process)
• Very good knowledge of SAP (in the modules for the energy industry)
• Good knowledge and overview of energy industry processes (GPKE/GELI; WiM, MaBiS, MPES)
• Good knowledge and overview of the market formats in the German market (UTILMD, MSCONS, INVOIC ...)
• Understanding of an agile project method, preferably SCRUM
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager

Personal suitability

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in energy supply companies and processes in the utilities industry
• Experience in managing and implementing a program or several sub-projects (agile)
• Very good communication skills and experience in dealing with customers in a responsible and reliable manner
• Work independently and autonomously in a team, taking into account budget and time constraints
• Very good comprehension and analytical skills
• Very good moderation and presentation skills
• Mother tongue German or business fluent communication skills in German (language level: C2 according to CEFR)
