Responsibilities
Participate in IT projects and measures as a Solution Architect
Evaluate requirements and design solutions for SAP HXM/HCM/SuccessFactors/S/4HANA systems
Coordinate with service partners and other governance structures (e.g. CISO, architecture and portfolio management)
Ensure incident, problem, and change management services are in place
Contribute to information security concepts, technical documentation, data protection concepts, and threat analysis
Participate in internal and external audits
Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in creating complex SAP architectures
In-depth knowledge of the SAP solution portfolio, interface technology, and SAP Cloud Services (especially S/4HANA and SuccessFactors)
Excellent technical understanding, analytical skills, and interest in new technologies
University degree in business administration, business informatics, information technology, or a similar field
Experience working in virtual teams
Multi-year experience and expertise in consulting, conceptualizing, and introducing complex SAP system environments, as well as their processes in SAP Plant Maintenance
In-depth knowledge of logistics processes at the operational level
Good expertise in planning and implementing SAP project initiatives
Solution-oriented mindset and creativity
High degree of self-reliance, organizational talent, goal-orientation, and resilience, as well as empathy, good communication skills, and customer orientation
Willingness to stay up-to-date with innovations and further education
Language Skills
Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
Certifications
SAP certifications (desired) and ITIL Foundation certification (desired)
