We're transforming customer service in the real estate industry with AI-driven solutions. As a Backend Developer, you'll play a crucial role in building, scaling, and optimizing the backbone of our platform.

Tasks

• Develop and Optimize APIs: design, implement, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs that are robust, scalable, and secure.
• Database Management: design and optimize database schemas and queries to ensure high performance and reliability in large-scale, real-time environments (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Infrastructure & Scalability: collaborate with the team to build a scalable infrastructure capable of supporting rapid customer growth.
• DevOps & Deployment: support the automation of infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Maintain System Reliability: ensure uptime, system health, and scalability by implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: work closely with Product, Frontend, and AI teams to deliver high-quality features and solutions that align with business objectives.
• Security Best Practices: implement best practices for API and database security, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on APIs and databases.
• Technical Skills: proficient in backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, or similar), strong expertise in API development (REST, GraphQL) and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
• Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architecture, hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines), understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Problem-Solving Mindset: ability to analyze complex issues and come up with scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Ownership & Responsibility: proactive, self-driven, and ready to take full ownership of your tasks.
• Collaboration & Communication: strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
