Service / Customer Service Technician (m/f/d) {Industrial Master - Mechatronics}

General description

On behalf of a renowned, internationally active, manufacturing company in the automotive and power plant industry, we are looking for a Service/Customer Service Technician (m/f/d) for worldwide service.

Your tasks

• Independently carry out repair and maintenance work in the mechanical and electrical field
• Software-supported service and diagnostic work on modern systems
• Independent troubleshooting and participation in alternating 24/7 on-call duty
• Traveling to customers mainly with your own service vehicle
• Scheduling usually requires customer assignments from Monday to Friday with overnight stays in the vicinity of the location

Your profile

• Successfully completed vocational training in the mechanical or electrical field or as a mechatronics technician in industry or trade
• Ideally professional experience as a fitter/technician in the field
• Good manual dexterity and willingness to travel
• Independent, reliable, careful and structured way of working
• Enjoyment of service activities with changing customers
• High flexibility, commitment and customer orientation
