About us

We, Michael Krohn Consulting, are a personnel consultancy that works exclusively for the automotive trade, only places permanent positions and supports several car dealerships in their personnel search.

Your tasks

• You are the communicative center of the dealership and the first point of contact for our customers and give our dealership a "voice and face"
Make appointments for our workshop by phone and in person
• Preparation of workshop orders according to the schedule
• Monitoring the workshop lead time and submitting regular reports to customer service management
• Receiving customers at the branch and handing them over to the relevant contact person in person/by telephone
• Preparation of customer letters and participation in customer campaigns
• Cash register management
• Administrative tasks to support various departments in the branch

Your profile

• Completed commercial vocational training, preferably in a car dealership
• Multi-year commercial work experience, ideally in the automotive industry
• Very good IT user skills
• Organizational talent with a conscientious, careful and independent way of working
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Confident appearance and ability to work in a team
• High level of commitment and willingness to work flexible hours
