These are your tasks:
You are in daily contact with our customers and form the interface between the dealership and the customer
You ensure smooth workflows and planning within the service business
Vehicle acceptance via dialog acceptance, creation of workshop orders and cost estimates
Sales of financial services, including follow-up warranties, maintenance and inspections as well as spare parts and workshop hours
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial or technical training in the automotive sector
- Ideally certified as a GASB
- Willingness to get involved in the diverse tasks of this important function in the dealership and a strong willingness to learn
- Open, personable and respectful demeanor towards customers
- Competent appearance in the service business and enjoy contributing to the business success of the company
- First professional experience in the field of customer service and a strong technical understanding
- Social skills, ability to work in a team and ability to work under pressure
Salary and type of employment:
Salary: €44,000 - €48,000 per year
